การสัมภาษณ์งานของผู้สมัครแต่ละคน สำหรับแต่ละตำแหน่งงานนั้นต่างกันไปตามสถานการณ์ ตัวอย่างคำถามและคำตอบในโพสต์นี้เป็นแนวทางสำหรับการสัมภาษณ์งานเป็นภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อการเตรียมตัวที่ดีเท่านั้น เป็นทางเลือกและเป็นไอเดียในการต่อยอดคำตอบของน้อง ๆ เองนะคะ สามารถนำไปปรับใช้ให้เหมาะกับสายงานและตำแหน่งงานที่สมัครได้ค่ะ

1.คำถาม: "Tell me about yourself."

แนวทางตอบ: 

อาจตอบโดยอิงจากภูมิหลังของเรา เช่น การเริ่มต้นทำงาน สายงานที่ทำอยู่ แทรกความสำเร็จลงไปในคำตอบ อาจพูดให้สื่อถึงการเติบโตของอาชีพที่เราทำ จบด้วยสิ่งที่เราอยากจะทำต่อไป

ตัวอย่าง: จบใหม่
"I graduated with a degree in Finance from [ชื่อมหาวิทยาลัย]. During my studies, I participated in financial analysis projects and internships, which I can develop my analytical skills. I am eager to start my career and apply my financial knowledge to the success of the company while learning for self development."

ตัวอย่าง: มีประสบการณ์แล้ว
"I have 4 years of experience as a Marketing Manager at XYZ Company, where I led successful product launches and increased sales by 20%. Before that, I worked as a Marketing Specialist, focusing on digital marketing and brand management. I am now seeking a new challenge to utilize my skills towards the growth of the company."

2.คำถาม: "What do you know about our company?"

แนวทางตอบ: 

จุดประสงค์คือตอบเพื่อให้เค้าทราบว่าเราศึกษาข้อมูลของบริษัทมา มีการเตรียมพร้อมและทราบว่าบริษัทอยู่ในธุรกิจประเภทไหน จุดประสงค์ในการทำธุรกิจคืออะไร เรามีความสนใจและตั้งใจมาสมัครด้วยหวังว่าจะช่วยสร้างคุณค่าให้บริษัทได้ (เราจึงต้องหาข้อมูลของบริษัทก่อนไปสัมภาษณ์ด้วยนะคะ)

ตัวอย่าง:
"I've done some research on your company and I'm impressed by the commitment in helping people achieve financial security with good services to clients. I'm interested in your new project to develop budgeting applications that align with my skills and abilities. I believe I can contribute my values to the company.”

3.คำถาม: “Why did you apply for this position?”

แนวทางตอบ: 

เราควรจะดูเป็นคนช่างเลือกหน่อย ไม่ใช่งานอะไรก็ได้ ที่ไหนก็ได้นะ แต่เราตั้งใจเลือกสมัครงานนี้ ที่บริษัทนี้เพราะเหตุผลบางอย่าง อาจเป็นสิ่งแวดล้อมในการทำงาน, ความมีชื่อเสียงของบริษัทในวงธุรกิจ, Job description นั้นเหมาะกับเรา หรือเรามีความเชี่ยวชาญเรื่องนี้อยู่ เป็นต้น ให้โฟกัสด้านดีของบริษัทที่เรากำลังสัมภาษณ์ ไม่พูดให้ร้ายบริษัทอื่นหรือบริษัทเดิมที่เราทำงาน

ตัวอย่าง:
"I applied for this position because I am interested in the work your company does in the finance industry. Your firm has a strong reputation for providing excellent financial services. I am eager to contribute my expertise to support the company. This position is an exciting opportunity for me to grow professionally in my career.

4.คำถาม: “Why should we hire you?”

แนวทางตอบ: 

พยายามพูดถึงสิ่งที่บริษัทกำลังทำอยู่ และเราจะช่วยสนับสนุน ปรับปรุง หรือทำอะไรได้บ้าง แสดงให้เห็นว่าเราศึกษามาว่าตำแหน่งนี้ทำอะไร และเราพร้อมที่จะทำงานนั้น อาจใช้ Job description และคุณสมบัติตำแหน่งงานในประกาศรับสมัครงานเป็นข้อมูลในการตอบ หรือหาข้อมูลเพิ่มเติม

ตัวอย่าง:
"I read in the job description that you're looking for someone with experience in the finance industry. I have a solid background in finance, with 3 years of experience in financial analysis and planning. I am confident that I can quickly contribute and provide valuable insights to create great outcomes."

 

5.คำถาม: “Why are you looking to leave your current company?”

แนวทางตอบ: 

ถ้าเราเลือกที่จะลาออกเองด้วยเหตุผลบางอย่าง ไม่ใช่บริษัทปิดตัวลง ให้เราโฟกัสในสิ่งที่ดีกว่าที่อาจเกิดขึ้นจากการพบโอกาสและความท้าทายใหม่ ไม่ควรพูดในแง่ลบถึงบริษัทก่อนหน้า

ตัวอย่าง:

"I am seeking new opportunities that align with my long-term career goals and interests. I've had a valuable experience at my current company, I believe that a change would allow me to develop my skills and contribute to new challenges with a positive impact."

6.คำถาม: “What are your strengths?”

แนวทางตอบ: 

ใช้คำถามนี้ให้เกิดประโยชน์ด้วยการบอกไปดัง ๆ ว่าเรามีข้อดีอะไรบ้าง เลือกมา 1-3 คุณสมบัติที่ดีในตัวเราแล้วโยงเข้ากับ Job description ของงานที่เราสมัคร เพื่อแสดงว่าเราคือคนที่เค้าตามหานะ ดังนั้นการกลับไปดูประกาศรับสมัครงานอีกครั้ง จะช่วยให้เราเลือกดึงคุณสมบัติในตัวออกมาบอกให้ตรงกับความต้องการได้ค่ะ

ตัวอย่าง:

"My top strengths are strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication. These abilities allow me to analyze complex financial data, ensure accuracy in calculations, and clearly communicate with others for better work results."
